It is our intention to source as much locally raised meats as possible. The fresh meats and seafood is where it starts, but with a full kitchen on site we will be producing prepared foods as well. Grass fed, all natural beef; organic chickens, marinated and cooked in our rotisserie; and specialty cuts of lamb & veal are just some of the unique items that will be prepared throughout the day in our store.
The focal point of the kitchen will be the smokehouse that will be used to make our store-brand Kielbasa, hot dogs, and other smoked sausages.... Smoked spinach and feta chicken sausage?! YUM.
Deli, Seafood, and Sandwiches to order.
The full service deli will boast a variety of store-made products including jerky, roast beef, corned beef, and turkey breast all sliced to order. In the summer, store made deli salads will abound, and in the winter, store-made soups and pot pies will warm the soul. Fresh deli sandwiches made to order will stop passers-by at the busy Route 66 location.
